Capitalising first letter and lowercase all other in VBA

hi wanted to have my table automatically change all names entry by making the
first letter of every word in the names list upper and all other lettes to
lower and this what i wrote inbetween the sub and endsub and is not working.
'Capitalise the first letter of every word
'convert all other letters to lower case
object name then StrConv = (propercase). may i know if theres any help thanks
