Capitalization

I copied and pasted a public document off the Internet into WORD 2000. The
original text was ALL CAPS. Is there any function in WORD that lets you
highlight the text and turn it into small case?

Highlight the text, hold down the shift key, hit F3. You can cycle thru all
upper case, all lower case, and first letter capital (I think).
