Capitalize first letter of each word

I need the "job location" field to display on a report with the first letter
of each word capitalized. (Preferably not the entire word) I know there is
a way to do it, just cannot find it in help. The users that are doing the
data entry are not going to be that careful.

If you just wish to do this in the report (not saved to a table), add
an unbound text control to the report.
Set it's control source to:

= StrConv([JobLocation],3)

Be aware that this will not correctly capitalize some words, i.e.
Coeur d'Alene becomes Coeur D'alene, and King of Prussia becomes King
Of Prussia, while N.Y.C. becomes N.y.c.
