Capitalize Text

What are the key strokes used to capitalize or lower case text. For example
highlight a word, if the text is lower case it would change to capitalize
and visa versa.

Shft+F3 will toggle all lower case, Inital Caps, All Caps. This function can
be repeated with F4.
Also under Format, Case Change will give various options.
