Hi All, i have rather a large document on Word 2000 a few pages long and it
has been typed all in capital letters the whole thing, i want to know is
there any way to change this all to lowercase ? then i can at least go in
manual and add the odd few caps in full stops etc.

Use ctrl-A to select all the text and then use Shift-F3 to change the
case until you find what you like. You might also check to insure
that "small caps" is not check in the font.

Hi Duncan

Try this - Select the text and go to format > font. Check to see if
the small caps option has been selected. If so deselect this.
