Caption and Description in Photo Gallery Not Showing Up

I am using Front Page 2003. I create a photo gallery (any type except
for montage) and type in a description and a caption. I click OK. It
says Generating Thumbnails for photo gallery. If I immediately go back
the description and caption are missing where I originally put them as
well as on the web page.

side issue: you need to resize and optimize the big pictures first - they
are over 1meg.
