Caption obscures image

When I add a caption to an image, the caption is positioned directly on top
of the image, so that it obscures the image. Another bug, or am I doing
something wrong?

Won't happen if they're both inline. If the caption is in a text box, you'd
be well advised to change that, anyway, as Word can't "see" text in a text
box, and you'll have problems with cross-references and generating a Table
of Figures. If you must wrap text around the graphic and caption, the best
way is to make both inline, then put them together into a frame.
