Captions and cross-referencing - page breaks just before a caption

Hi!

When inserting a page break just before a captions (e.g., table or
figure), word always inserts a page break right before the
cross-reference to it as well. I did it with hyperlink on or off - it
doesn't matter. It always inserts the page break right before the
cross-reference.

Can you help me?
