caption's language

Hello dear friends

I'm using from caption for typing explains under figures,
my base language in the text is Farsi, all numbers in the text have
been writen in Farsi, I've defined a new label in Farsi for figs, but
I couldn't chang the language of the numbers that come after the label
to Farsi, it has been written in English.

Hmmm... I do not think it will do that.

Farsi is not one of the localised languages available for Word for the
Macintosh.

To have generated numbers appear in Farsi, you would need a copy of Word
running in Farsi.

I cannot think of a way around this: the function is simply not there. You
will simply have to type the numbers.

Somia, aren't you using Word 2003 on a Windows machine? You should
really ask in the general Word newsgroups--this is a Macintosh Word
group, and while we are able to handle your first questions, it'd be
better to post in one of the groups here:
