Capturing a page from Quickbooks

This question is specifically about Quickbooks, but may have broader
application.

I'm trying to use ON to prepare a folder of pages documenting some QB
procedures. So I use QB to create a screen which I'd like to transfer
intact to ON so I can then add my own documentation notes. But QB lacks the
ability to copy or print that page. I'm certain that there's an easy way I
can take a screen shot of the entire screen and then copy it into ON - But I
can't recall it. I use WinXP Home.
