Capturing a "Paste" Event

We are currently developing a custom appointment form in an Outlook 2003 /
Exchange Server 2003 environment. Is there a way through VBScript or the
Outlook Object Model to detect if the user has invoked the "Paste" command
from the main Outlook window? Is there a way to determine "in-process" if an
appointment is being pasted into the calendar? Any help or assistance would
be greatly appreciated.
