Capturing Key Presses in Word

Hi,

I would like to develop a regional language typing helper in MS Word. For
this I need to capture the key presses in the document. What I want is when
the user presses a key, I want to capture it and send another key to the
document. So when the user presses a, s will be displayed. Is it possible
using Macros or add-ins? If yes, where can I find references?
