Capturing Task Pane event

In Word 2000 (9), you were able to capture certain menu events through
VBA, such as FormatFont and FormatSytleGallery. Is there any way to
capture events that invoke a task pane. I am looking specifically to
capture the Translate... menu event through VBA. Please provide
assistance.
