(This is not an endorsement. Just wanted to make that clear since I work at
MS).

I've used it. Works well, and the notebook size I used (about 5x8) was a
good size to carry around. More convenient and portable than a tablet PC,
and much less distracting during meetings.

One thing I did not like was that the pages imported into OneNote were the
same physical size as the paper used. I am so used to OneNote pages being
"infinite" sized that I wrote a powertoy to make this easier to convert since
there was no way I could find in their software to make that the default:
