Caracters pressed together

I have some users who experience that when they print some
of the caracters ind the document are pressed together. It
looks like all of the caracters in one line are printet on
the same spot. In some cases its only some of the
caracteres (specific danish letters) which are pressed
together.

We use MS Word Word 2002 (10.5522.4219) SP2 + Win NT 4.0
SP6

Any help will be appriciated

PS: On request I can mail a pdf containing a scanned bad
print job.

Hi Jacob,

If the error occurs when you print the first item to rule out is a
corrupt printer driver. Obtain an updated driver from the
manufacturer's web site and see if that resolves it

Hi Beth,

the one thing I wonder about is, why is it on avery
printer we've got. We have at Canon color printer, a
Lexmark laser, a Danka copy printer. They are all update
with the latest driver, I even tried using two different
printservers.
