Carbon copy should be changed to just copy.

I'm using Outlook 2003. I would like to see the CC: replaced with just a C:
and the same with BCC: to be replaced with BC:. Carbons aren't generallyused
anymore in business. So it would be just a copy of something.

Cc now stands for "courtesy copy" and Bcc for "Blind courtesy copy". Cc is
still very much as value term in business correspondence.
