card alignment for printing

when i try to print business cards using avery #8371
business cards i have a problem getting them aligned
properly. I am using a full color background and can't
seem to get them aligned properly. I keep having
problems with the cards have a white line at the bottom
of the last row. I am also having problems with the card
printing short on the right side and leaving a white part
of the card on the right also. Is there any way to make
adjustment to the card on all sides including top and
bottom of printable area?

Any help appreciated.
