card for assigned seat at dinner reception

Does anyone have a template that we can put a name on with a table assignment
for a wedding reception dinner? A placecard something with the size of about
2"x3".

Most printers will not print something that small by itself. Look at the
various card stock manufacturer, like Avery, and then try to find a template
for that stock.
