Card Scanner error with outlook 2003

Hi

I have outlook 2003 in my PC and i've installed a Card Scanner to help me with my jop.

Now i need to transfare from the program to my contact list in outlook but there is no option to microsoft outlook 2003 only 98,2000,xp.

and this is the error i get (( could not find the required library files )),

help with that please
