Career Development Template

My company is going to start a career development program in coordination
with our community college. My president wanted me to take my flow chart and
use mountains to climb (put college courses under it). Has anyone done
anthing like that?

No, and I hop your president never talks to one of my bosses. I really don't
want to try that one.

Thinking about it, you could use a picture of mountains in the background.
Assign some sort of Y value to the courses (basic courses have a lower value
than something like Access). As you complete a class, you'd be climbing the
mountains. I have little bits of ideas what you could do but you'd have to
use a little "fudging" and *a lot* of creativity.

I did something similar for the company National Sales Meeting. I used Power
Point Presentation. I could easily show you the results.

Do you have something with mountains that I can use? I need mountains to
type my courses/objectives under.
