CASCADE MENU FRONTPAGE 2003

I have tried to create a cascade menu, but I haven't gotten that submenu
appear, despite I followed step by step the instruction of a tutorial.
I created 2 layer (Menu, Submenu), with interactive buttons.
I made the Menu a parent to the submenu and grouping them.
Set the visibility of the submenu to Hidden.(closed eye appears).
Selected the menu button and clicked behaviors.
Selected element (div), Element ID (submenu).
Click Visibility and selected Visible.
Turn on Restore on mouseout event.
Selected onmouseover.

Please, somebody can tell me what is wrong or send me a place where I can
find a good tutorial.
