Hi all,

Doesn't "CASE WHEN" clause work JET SQL of Access 2000?
I'm going crazy about this issue, isn't there any
replacement I could use?

Thanks a lot.

Not AFAIK. Try the IIF(Immediate-IF) function.

Check Access VB Help on IIF function.

No, it doesn't.

Take a look at the SWITCH function:

CalcField: Switch(Logical-Expression, ValueIfTrue, Logical-Expression,
ValueIfTrue, Logical-Expression, ValueIfTrue, TRUE, FinalValue)

Its arguments come in pairs; it will return the second member of the
first pair for which the first member evaluates to TRUE.
