casecading dropdown in sharepoint list

I created a custom list: regions which have region name, city, postal code.
when a user click on list item/edit page, upon selecting a particular region
name from a dropdown list, then immediatley the second city dropdown should
reflect the cities.
Would it be possible to do in the browser/ sp designer 2k7.
