cash flow restrictions to schedule

I am trying to develop a project plan that has a quarterly cash flow
limitation. I have the tasks laid out and linked together with resources
assigned and leveled. The projects end date is not as critical as the
quarterly cash flow that is going to fund it. Is there a way to restrict
task scheduling based on a given timeframe's cash flow so that I can find an
optimized end date?
