Catalog of Stencils

Many is the time, that I am using Visio, and I think - I need a widget
that looks like this, and I have seen it in a diagram, and know it's
somewhere in all of the stencils, but can't find it.

Is there an automated way of getting a complete "printed catalog" of
stencil shapes etc...

There was an add-on with Visio 2000, the Stencil Report Wizard, don't
know what happened to it.

Actually, it was an add-on with pre-MS Visio 4.1 Technical (my first
version).

It works perfectly well with later versions of Visio. It comprises a
standalone program "Stencil Report Wizard.exe" and a Template to arrange the
layout "Stndoc.vst". The wizard requires that template.

I personally see no licensing nor copyright issues with distributing those
two files, since they are no longer commercially available. If I can be
assured that I won't be dragged through Australian courts by Microsoft's
pit-bull attack lawyers, I would upload the files to my web-page and provide
a link.

The Stencil Report was also part of the early examples of coding, so I do
not think there is any big problem with copyright (as long as you leave it
in the code).

I don't think I'd recommend that. MS has no sense of humor.
