Catastrophice Failure in word

Just received “Catastrophic Failure†error message when on Citix 02. I’ve
never seen this error message. Lost work.

Does any one have any idea what is going on?

Could you please provide additional information such as what you were doing
when this occurred (exact steps to repro), OS version, service packs, etc.

Also, please explain what Citix 02 is and how it is being used. Do you mean
Citrix by Higher Ground Technologies?

Larry,
We are using Citrix in the school. The user tha got this message worked on a
word document over NFuse (remote access to citrix). We are using office 2003.
