Catch the click of an Hyperlink in Outlook

Is there anyway to know if a user clicks on an Hyperlink in Outlook ?

I would like to automate a business process, like send an email to a
user and ask for a question, and intercept is response according to the
link.

Is it possible ?
Or is there any other solution that you have for something like this ?
