I love Categories in Outlook 2007 and use them daily, but the interfac
is lame (too many clicks to set a category, even worse to set multiples
...I could go on). Am I the only one out here who wishes someone woul
code add-ins or plug ins or similar to make Categories easier to us
efficiently?
As just one example, how 'bout an always open floating Categorie
window that shows my full list of Categories no matter how long it i
(no scrolling), allows me to select a few one a click at a time, an
then pushes the bunch to whatever email is currently in focus when
click on, say, an "Assign" button? I handle around 50 business emails
day and most of them need multipe categorization. You can imagine m
frustration trying to categorize them quickly.
...has anybody heard of anybody providing ways to get the Categorie
function up to speed for real world use?
