categories of nonworking or nonproject time

Hi,
I have create differents categories of nonworking time,
but it is not show on the users timesheet. What should I
do for them to appear?

You can set up and specify categories of nonworking or
nonproject time here. These categories will be displayed
in users' timesheets, in a special Nonproject Time
section, and users will be able to report time against
these categories.
