Hello,
I have a bunch of mail addresses and they are sorted into categories, some
of mail addresses are members of more then one category, now when I want to
send bulk mail, can I sort out mail addresse in that way that I get every
mail address only once even if it is listed in more then one category, I do
not want same mail address more then once.

You can use a filtered, ungrouped view to show everyone who is a member of
the categories you want to send to.

Hello Sue,
I am sorry but I did not explain the problem as I should,
Beside that these mail addresses are sortet in the categories, I also put
them into Distribution List, now this list contains double mail address,
since there are same mail addresse in the more then one category.. Is there
a way to autmaticaly remove double's from DL before sending.

No. Another reason why DLs are often more trouble than they're worth.
