categories?

Hi
I have many customized categories, that I assign to my mails manually, (they
are too diverse to write rules). Is there an efficient way to do this ?
(Even saving few clicks, would be fine. Is it possible to have the
categories shown on a separate little window on the side? or?)

You can add the categories column to your Inbox - right click the column
headers in the Inbox and use the Filed Chooser to add Categories to the
available columns you see.

To categorise a lot of emails manually yet quickly, you can select them
(ctrl click) and the right mouse click and set their Category.
