Hi,
I'm exporting calendar appointments from Outlook 2002 to Excel using VBA and everything seems to be working nicely except for one problem: I believe that appointments that are exceptions to a recurring pattern (the subject or time was changed) appear not to have a category (or it is blank).
I'm trying to understand the Exception collection to see if this will help, but I'm not sure if I've just run into a problem within Outlook (although the exception appointments will be color coded appropriately on my calendar, which is set to map certain categories to specific colors) or if I'm just not understanding the collections and properties properly.
I could certainly use some help, please. Thank you in advance.
