Caulating Appointment Durations

I would like to calculate (add) the duration of time for certain
appointments. For example, I would like to know the total amount of time I
was in board meetings for the month of April. I can create the query just
fine, but then I have to manually add up the duration times.

That's the only method Outlook provides.
