CBTs for advanced MS Word

I'm doing some technical writing and I'd like to learn how
to use some advanced features of Word better. For example
style and formatting, collaboration features, indexes,
references,etc.

Does anyone know of an online course or CDs to order,
Books, etc.

I'm not interested in being certified in Office or Word XP
at this time. I just need to be more proficient.
