Could someone please explain to me how Outlook 2007 handles delivery
receipts? What if I request a delivery receipt for a message that has a
contact in Cc: and/or Bcc: Do I get a receipt from everyone? If the message
is not delivered to one of the recipients, how can I know? Also, it seems
that if I do not get a receipt from one of the recipients, the message stay
in my Outbox and never goes into my Sent folder, even though I get delivery
receipts from at least one of the recipients. I'm confused.....did they get
it or not? The message in the Outbox says "this message has not been sent"
at the top.
