When setting up a meeting I want to be able to CC people. Example let the boss know we are having a meeting but not invite him/her. I can not find a CC when adding attendees
Does this feature exsist, and if so is it done on the front end or back end

Thanks All,

I don't think you can during the meeting invite. You can invite him as
an "Optional Attendee" if you like. Otherwise you could just forward a
copy of the appointment item to the boss as a heads up, after you've already
scheduled it.

If I send it as optional then the meeting shows up on their calendar
If I send as another email, thats extra work

There is an error message that pops up when trying to do this how ever the artical this refers to does not apply t
