Hi,
I have a client who is on a Windows 2003 Small Business Server network and
she is running Windows XP SP3 on her client workstation. She is using Outlook
2003 and I think it is patched to SP3 but am remote so cannot verify that.
She has reported that when an external email (sent from a Compuserve
account) is sent to multiple recipients, where she is one of those
recipients, she cannot see the other people who were copied in on the CC
line. She has checked with others who she knows would have received the same
email and they can see the other users in their CC line?
Is there any setting in Outlook or on the SBS server that would hide other
recipients on the CC line or am I missing something?
