CD doesn't have file needed for updates!

I'm attempting to update to SP3 & some other updates needed (spam blocker,
etc.). However, the install process asks for my Office CD containing a
specific install file. Well, I DO HAVE the Office Pro 2003 CD, but when I
place it in the drive, the correct file is NOT being found. I've clicked in
each folder on the CD under "browse" to find it. And, this is the only CD
that I have. What can I do?

Hi Kristie,

Can you be more specific please on the exact error
message you're getting and on the name of the file?
It may be a file type that is created during an update
or an install or that is packaged in a .CAB file within
the Office CD.

Also check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control
panel to see if the Microsoft Office 2003 edition title
is the same one on the CD that you have. If it came
preinstalled it's unfortunately too common for installers
to copy an 'image' of an installation and not always a match
to the CD they provide you.
