CD for MS Office 2003 Web Components

I am trying to uninstall MS Office 2003 Web Components. But it won’t let me.
I have 2003 versions Excel and Access installed (which I have to because
some other programs depend on the 2003 versions of those programs). All the
other Office programs I have are the 2007 version.
Now I am trying add a feature to my SQL 2008 and it requires that the 2003
Web Components are uninstalled. But it doesn't let me. It keeps asking for
a CD and the name of the CD seems to be: Microsoft Office 2003 Web
Components.

Is there even such a CD??? If not, are there Registry settings I can change
to fix this?

If you were using the win default newsreader, ie Outlook Express or Windows
Mail, in the 'to' line you would insert the various group addresses
separated by a comma
