CD for OEM version of Office XP

I have an OEM version of Office XP on my Dell PC. In Excel, I get prompted
to install the CD when I load the application. In PowerPoint, I'd like to do
a "detect and repair" to attempt to fix a problem with the drawing toolbar
not appearing whe I turn it on in "View/ Toolbars". Is there way to get a
CD, or a way to bypass the CD prompts, in OEM Office XP?
