CD for update downloads

Can I get a CD from Microsoft UK for downloads of updates for my new PC with
XP and Office 2003. It needs Office 2003 SP1 plus Outlook Junk Email filter,
all amount to 20682kb which would take me hours to download!

deciding what gets offered on CD and what is not.
