CD ID Number

I had to reinstall my Office 2000 but the system asks for
a 25 digit CD ID number. I purchased the program through
Gatway and the program came with my computer. The only
number I have is the Product ID number 34499-OEM-0045784-
12998. Does Microsft have a different number to enable me
to access my Microsoft Word doucments.

No, Microsoft cannot provide support for this program as it is OEM. You
will need to contact Gateway for support.

You will have to buy another copy of Office 2000. You can have mine as I no
longer need it.
