CD Key Error

I am installing my copy of MS Office for Win2K on a new
laptop using the orignal CD - but keep getting a message
saying I have an invalid CD key value. I am using the
value from the original yellow sticker. The new laptop
has WindowsXP installed, but I don't believe that is the
issue.
