CD-RW in Different Computers.

I have a CD-RW that works in one computer - but not in another computer.
e.g., On one computer I can download (write) files, images to the CD-RW - but
the other computer thinks the CD is 'Read' only - and will not write to the
CD.
Is there a logical explanation - why the second computer does not recognize
the CD as RW and allow writing?

perhaps you are missing drivers for the drive in the one computer. check the
manufacturer's website.

CD-R drives and CD-RW drives are NOT the same. Also it isn't in any way
related to office but your operating system and hardware.
