cd upate for word 2002

I read on the mvp site that I could get a cd of updates for word 2002
and other office parts.
They sent an automated e mail stating they did not have time to answer me...
Sorry I bothered them.. Maybe I'm sorry I bought the ms product.
Can you spare a few seconds?
