I have Microsoft - Office XP Professional with FrontPage
but have misplaced my cds... I have the licence # and the
key # and it was installed and working but now something
that has arisen and I need the cds and i can't find them.

Where can i get them with out going retail?

Find a friend with the IDENTICAL version and prevail on them to burn you
copies. There is nothing on any MS CD that ties it to a specific Product Key
just an algorithm that checks that it's a valid key format for that version.
OEM won't work with retail and Std. won't work with Pro, etc., but if your key
is valid it'll work with any CD for the same version as your original.
