CDROM cannot read

I try to install office update which I download from Microsoft website and it
request to insert the MS office CD to CD Drive, but CDROM dosent read. I try
to insert a audio CD, it is not work either. Please let me know how to fix
this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi, George,

It sounds like your CD ROM drive is bad. If so, you'll need to get it
replaced or fixed.
