Cell arrangement question

Is there a way to take multiple cells that are
(horizontal) running across the top of a worksheet and
move them so that they are now (Vertical) running down the
side?

Select eg: A11 and copy.

Select A2 and Edit -- Paste Special -- Transpose -- OK.
