Cell compare and based on the value change the cell background color

I would like to compare a number value in a cell and if that value = 40,
change the cell back ground to green, if its anything else change it to
red.

Thanks for any help.

Select the cell, do format>conditional formatting and cell value equals put
40 there
click format and select pattern and colour, click OK twice
