cell contents printing outside the cells

Elisha Philip

Hi,
I have Office 97 installed on a Windows XP PRO. When I print any Excel
sheet, the cell contents(text, numbers,...) are printing out side the cells.
In Print Preview it looks fine ,but when you actually print the text or
numbers in cells print a bit outside the cell. This becomes more apparent as
you go down the column. Other users with the same version of Office (Excel)
can print the same sheets fine with no problems.

Thanks,
Elisha

Elisha:
Are you printing to a printer that is different from what the other users
have?
If so, visit your printer's Web site and see if there is an updated printer
driver.

One thing that can cause this is Vector vs Raster printing. Look in
Printing preferences on the printer in question on the problem PC and
change the setting.

Check that you are using the same fonts and printer driver as the others
are using. Or ... find other fonts which don't do this. All this
controlled completly by how the fonts/driver perform.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
